CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation (For Products or Services)
1.a. Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion and for any reason.
1.b. You will not be charged until your payment method has been authorised and the accuracy of your order information has been verified.
1.c. Your order may be cancelled if there are limits on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or difficulties identified by our appropriate department.
1.d. Prior to approving any order, we may request additional verifications or information. We will contact you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the charge will be refunded to your credit/debit card.
Cancellation by the client
2.a. If you, the customer, cancel the order, we will do so; however, the online transaction fees will not be refunded, and shipping and re-collection fees will apply if the goods have already been dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped may be ineligible for cancellation.
2.b. To cancel your order, please visit our returns and refunds page or contact customer service.
Exchange or Refund
3.a. Items to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories included (i.e. in re-sellable condition).
3.b. Items may be returned for exchange or reimbursement only within seven days of purchase or delivery. (This does not apply to produce or perishable items).
3.c. Refunds should be handled in the same way that the original purchase was. To avoid confusion, items purchased with a credit or debit card must be reimbursed using the same card.
3.d. Home delivery items are only eligible for a refund if they are not delivered and the provider gives written confirmation.
Free gifts and advertising products
If you change your mind and want to return a product, you must also return any free gifts or promotional items that came with the order. We may charge you the actual price of the item if you do not return it or use it.
Promotion and sponsorship
Advertisements or sponsorships may appear in certain sections of our website.
