REFUND POLICY

Policy on Refunds and Exchanges

We will be pleased to help you and handle all of your exchange and return requests. GIRI General Trading L.L.C. wants you to be satisfied with your purchases when you make them. We therefore aim to make it as simple and quick for you as possible if you wish to return a product, get it swapped, or get a refund.

What goods are returnable or exchangeable, first? We will gladly refund or exchange any of our products that are shown to be defective as described below, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined here. Products that are supplied against your order and are not what you ordered. Products that were sent to you in error and have an expiration date. Products that are contaminated or afflicted by fungus. Products with alien substances.

Non-defective product returns

If the item is still sealed in its packaging and in saleable condition, you may return or exchange it if you decide not to keep it or if it is in good condition. However, the standard delivery, card transaction, and any additional costs associated with courier collection will be assessed.

Refund or exchange policies

The campaign's terms and conditions, as well as the cost of the goods, will determine how much money can be refunded for products purchased with a promotional offer. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item and examine it. This process could take 3 or 4 days, followed by an additional 2 business days for the refund to be processed. (Depending on the network operator, the amount credited to your account may take some time based on the network operator commonly 30 to 45 days.) If the product you received is damaged and you return all of the items in your order at once, we will refund the delivery fee fully. If you decide to keep some of the merchandise, we will keep a portion of the delivery fee. If you want a refund on any purchase, you must return the item in its original packaging, including the inside box and labels.

Return window

We will be able to exchange or return the product within seven days of its delivery to you or before its expiration date, whichever is earlier.

Product Return Procedures

If the item is delivered to your home or place of business by a courier, we can arrange for a courier pick-up for its return. Please ensure that items picked up by courier are safely secured for their return trip and that the outside packaging is identical to what was received. GIRI UAE in the United Arab Emirates will not replace or refund any item purchased from a GIRI Store or website operating in another country. Please include your order confirmation, delivery note, and any complimentary gifts with the returned item(s) for a replacement or full credit. Please contact our customer service if you need to exchange or return a product. They will give you the appropriate advice based on the type, size, and quantity of the product.

Product interchange procedures

Please contact customer service to make arrangements for a replacement product if one is required to replace the one you've returned, in accordance with the terms and conditions for exchange. There will be fees if the customer changes their mind after the product has been shipped.

Obtaining a refund

If a courier picks up your returned item, your refund will be applied to the same debit or credit card you used to make the original purchase. You must also return any complimentary or discounted items you received as part of a promotional deal. We reserve the right to charge a fee if the product does not fully comply with our policy. We charge a restocking or processing fee on returns because they initially assess a processing cost on the credit card transaction. Second, refund processing requires effort, time, and paperwork. Once the returned item has been inspected, we will issue a credit or debit card refund if you paid with that method.

Your rights as a customer

Our customer policy ensures that you will receive the consumer rights to which you are entitled, in accordance with the rules of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the UAE.
