About:
We can find Rangolis in most South Indian and Sri Lankan homes. Kolam or Rangoli is a pattern drawn in the Puja room or in front of the main doorway/entrance. These patterns are of different geometric shapes and sizes. People draw the designs with a special white powder of crushed marble, chalk, rice flour, rice paste, haldi, kumkum, and other coloured powders. Drawing Kolams in the house is considered auspicious and invites the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi into the home. During Havans and Homams, people draw different Rangoli patterns to invoke specific Gods and Goddesses.
Features:
This product is a ready-to-use simple sieve stencil to draw a Rangoli. The stencil can be placed on any dry surface and, Rangoli powder is put into it evenly. When the stencil is carefully removed, it leaves behind a beautiful Rangoli. The stencil displayed is a sample design. Several other designs/patterns are available too.
